Wedding Date & Departures

Thanks for your patience!

Hi everyone,

Here is the update:  we finally have all the travel dates and are trying to book our wedding for January 10, 2008 (we called the Palladium Vallarta and this should not be a problem).  Please see below for travel dates and prices:

Vancouver: Departure Jan. 5/08 Return Jan. 12/08; Price: $1400 + $173.40 (tax)/person
(children under 2 are free; children 3-12 are $910 + tax)

Kelowna: Departure Jan. 8/08 Return Jan. 15/08; Price $1455 + $165.98 (tax)/person

Toronto: Departure Jan. 9/08 Return Jan. 16/08; Price $1345 + $176.70 (tax)/person
(children under 2 are free; children 3-12 are $855 + tax)

Montreal*: Departure Jan. 4/08 Return Jan. 11/08; Price $1558 + $189 (tax)/person
(children under 2 are free)

*Unfortunately there are no flights departing/returning directly from/to Ottawa

Please call Maryann Juozaitis at 1-800-659-1525 within the next seven days to reserve your trip if you are interested in attending.  Again, the deposit is $150/person and is payable by credit card (the full balance does not need to be paid until approximately two months before departure).  If you do not reserve your spot within the next seven days, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to get the same package price.

We’re excited that everything is coming together and look forward to celebrating with you in January 2008 (we plan to be at the resort between January 1, 2008 to January 15, 2008).  Please don’t hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns.

Love,

Mike and Heather

Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa

Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa is located in a heavenly setting, surrounded by lush native vegetation and with a private beach front extending along a straight 300m of fine white sand bathed by the beautiful waters of the Mexican Ocean.

The hotel has a Mexican decor and is an ideal choice for getting away and enjoying a wonderful rest after a day’s walk around Banderas Bay or playing golf at any one of the internationally renowned golf courses available in the area.

When building the hotel, both the flora and fauna of the area were taken into consideration and all the hotel buildings are completely integrated with the vegetation, thus avoiding indiscriminate felling of trees.
