We are in the midst of planning our wedding and wanted to send you the information we have up-to-date to help you in making your travel plans. We understand that not everyone will be able to join us in our celebration, but for those of you who can, we look forward to having you there and hope to provide you with all the information you will need.
We are currently looking into booking our wedding at the Palladium Vallarta in Vallarta Nayarit, Mexico.

Because prices are more reasonable in January, we are hoping to book our wedding during that month (preferably within the first two weeks of January 2008). Our travel agent, Maryann Juozaitis, is arranging all inclusive package prices for guests departing from Vancouver, Kelowna, Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal.
These packages include round trip flight, transport to/from the resort, seven nights accommodation, three meals daily plus snacks, all drinks, as well as daily activities and evening entertainment. So far, for guests departing from Vancouver and Kelowna, the package price has been quoted as $1470 (plus tax) per person (based on double occupancy). The departure date from Vancouver is January 5, 2008 (returning January 12, 2008), while the departure date from Kelowna is January 8, 2008 (returning January 15, 2008).
We are still waiting for prices and departure dates from the other cities - as well as child prices (which will be lower). Once we know all the departure dates and prices, we will be able to plan the exact date of our wedding. We are hoping to have this information available to you within the next two weeks.
For those of you who are able to attend, once we have the exact departure and wedding dates, we ask that you please call Maryann Juozaitis at 1-800-659-1525 as soon as possible to reserve your trip (the deposit is $150 per person and is payable by credit card). This will ensure that your flight and accommodation at the Palladium Vallarta is held (the balance of the trip does not need to be paid until approximately 60 days prior to departure).
We are choosing to have our wedding near Puerto Vallarta because it is where we first met. We would love to have you there to share in our special day. Please give us a call at (250) 490-9322 or e-mail us to let us know whether or not you will be able to attend.
NOTE!!! If your deposit is not received within the next 2 weeks and you are flying from Canada, we will assume that you will not be able to make it. If you are flying from the UK or the USA, please let us know of your final plans as soon as possible.

Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa
